I’m Tilly and I have two little girls who are 2 and 4.

I first became interested in sleep when I stopped getting any!! When Millie (my first born) reached nine months I was exhausted. I couldn’t go on. I knew something had to change. She was waking up every 45 minutes for milk.

After two months of research and tears (mainly from me!) Millie began sleeping 12 hours every night and has done ever since. When my second daughter was born everything was easy because I had my sleep plan at the ready. She was sleeping through the night at 11 months.

I don’t actually recommend a full stretch of 12 hours before the age of 11 months. Some babies can do 12 hours at 9 months but most would rather not.
